Blueline provided Civil Engineering services for Bristol Lane, a nine-lot development located in Kirkland near Juanita Bay on a steep slope overlooking Simonds Rd. DGR Development Inc. acquired the project at the approved preliminary plat stage that included approved LSM construction drawings. Blueline assisted with construction administration and helped facilitate building permit issuance for each of the 9 lots.
