Blueline was selected to provide construction inspections and administration services on the City of Edmonds’ 2011 Waterline Replacement Project. The project involved replacing existing water mains immediately adjacent to the BNSF railroad right-of-way, ferry queuing lines, downtown businesses along 5th Avenue, and numerous multifamily apartment/condo buildings. Based on our performance on the construction inspections/administration of the 2011 Waterline Replacement Project, we have subsequently been selected to provide construction inspections and/or administration for the City of Edmonds each year since 2011.
