Modera Jackson

Modera Jackson is a new collection of 160 apartment homes and 8,400 SF of commercial space located in the heart of one of Seattle’s oldest and largest neighborhoods. This upscale community designed for urban residents offers an expansive outdoor courtyard, a rooftop club room, and roof deck with skyline views. On-site improvements included Low Impact Development (LID) storm water improvements consisting of green roof area, rooftop solar panels, and bioretention planters. New utility infrastructure was installed to support the development, including a foundation drainage system as well as new water and sanitary sewer services. Frontage improvements included the design of new ADA curb ramps and a curb bulb to facilitate a pedestrian friendly environment. The project's south frontage, South Jackson Place, received a customized layout that aligned with the project’s site program and SDOT’s vision. This included pedestrian access, a planting strip, and new drive aisle paving.
