Riverside Business Park

Riverside Business Park is an 86-acre industrial waterfront business park along the Snohomish River with marine and mountain views. With its substantial infrastructure and strategic location, Riverside Business Park is ideally suited for a number of heavy industrial uses. Blueline provided a conceptual site plan based on code research for Lots 2 & 4 of the business park, as well as civil and landscape design for the completed 85,000 SF manufacturing and office building occupied by Northwest Aerospace Technologies. This project required extensive water main extension along with a sanitary sewer pump station. Due to the site’s proximity to the mouth of the Snohomish river, Blueline creatively designed a high flow storm water pump station while incorporating low impact storm water measures to treat runoff. Keeping the end user in mind, our team also optimized the site for efficient loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
