Clear Creek

Blueline designed this 19-lot community as a Low Impact Development (LID) subdivision in Kirkland for PSW Real Estate. Our services included feasibility of site plan uses, presentation at a neighborhood meeting, preliminary plat submittal, final construction documents, as-builts, and individual plot plans for building permits. This project utilized LID techniques to replace traditional drainage facilities, including individual rain gardens, dispersion, and infiltration design. Blueline also restored a stream buffer to protect an amenity for community residents.
