Talon Ridge

Talon Ridge is conveniently located in Bothell just minutes from SR-522 granting efficient transportation services and timely commutes. Surrounded by mature trees, Blueline successfully designed this 32-lot community using Green Planned Unit Development (PUD), clustering the homes in a way that maximizes the usable open space with minimal impact on the surrounding forestry. Blueline’s services included preliminary plat submittal, public hearing presentation, design alternatives (Green PUD versus standard subdivision), final construction documents, as-builts, and individual plot plans for building permits. Our team also worked with the local school district to improve walking paths to the surrounding schools.
