Bridgewood Estates, a 35-lot community in Kirkland designed on land formerly occupied by equestrian stables, barns, and an arena, sits within a mile of the Bridle Trails State Park. Blueline was responsible for creating the Land Surface Modification permit plans for construction and the design of a concrete box culver which was placed over an existing steam at the entrance of the development. Also found at the entrance, Blueline designed a prominent entry monument consisting of white stucco finish on a Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) wall with black metal lettering.
