Woodinville’s future downtown is envisioned as an inviting place to work, shop, live, and socialize; and Blueline is grateful for the opportunity to help the City realize their vision. The Woodinville Civic Campus project features over 270 residential units, 20,000 SF of new retail space, construction of new YMCA space, restoration and renovation of the 18,000 SF Historic Woodinville Schoolhouse, and design and construction of over 30,000 square feet of public outdoor spaces. Our team, led by MainStreet Property Group, was selected through an RFQ process to develop the project to complement the City’s plan. Immediately adjacent to the Campus will be the City’s new Festival Street, giving our civil team the perfect opportunity to showcase our experience in balancing the interaction between the public and private sectors.
