Blueline provided several lot layout designs to support best use of a 27-unit single-family development by utilizing the Green Infrastructure Incentive. Design included an on-site private road with a compact footprint that maximized usable area of site, a storm vault under the park, offsite outfall to an adjacent stream, and preserved natural areas which provide a green belt amenity for the community. Blueline also provided frontage improvements to adjacent arterial NE 116th Street including a soft surface equestrian trail. Additional project tasks included a neighborhood meeting presentation, preparation and obtaining approval for preliminary subdivision, professional testimony at a public hearing, preparing final construction documents, HPA permitting, and providing as-built documents.
