Located minutes from I-405, Blueline designed a 157-lot D.R. Horton community featuring an internal park and neighborhood improvements. Blueline’s services included initial site design, presentation to the community, preliminary plat submittal package, presentation at public hearing, and creation of site development plans for infrastructure improvements. Because of the size of the project, Blueline designed a new sewer lift station necessary to meet Woodinville Water District’s requirements. Blueline also designed many traffic and safety improvements with the addition of a new central turn lane, new road connection to an adjacent neighborhood for emergency vehicle access, and the addition of a crosswalk featuring a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system to ensure safe crossing for school children.
