Belvedere

Belvedere, a multi-phase Toll Brothers community located on the west side of Cougar Mountain features 94 luxury single-family homes with sweeping panoramic views. Blueline was involved in all four phases of the development which consisted of extensive construction grading plans, site plans, and building permitting. The development involved private access roads and utilities. Blueline prepared the record drawings and site plans for each of the building permits.
