The Landing

Blueline provided Civil Engineering services for The Landing, which is located directly north of Dawson Place. The Landing is a 12-building, 58-unit townhome project with buildings consisting of three floors, with two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans. The development is within walking distance to all Downtown Bothell amenities including new restaurants, shops, Bothell Landing Park, Bothell Public library, and the Burke Gilman Trail.
