Located on the corner of NE 185th St and 104th Ave NE, The Eleven Townhomes are just blocks away from the revitalized Bothell Way, Downtown Bothell, and minutes from I-405. The development includes uniquely designed townhomes ranging from 1,487 to just over 2,000 square feet with options between two and three beds, and 2 to 2.5 baths. The Eleven also features rooftop terraces and 2-car garages for each resident. Blueline provided Civil Engineering services for this project. Sewer and water improvements were completed, and a partially above-ground detention vault acting as a retaining wall was designed to provide additional useable space for a pocket park on this uniquely challenging sloped site.
