SKY Sammamish

SKY Sammamish is a mixed-use project that includes 159 brand-new apartment homes, 13,000 SF of retail, and luxury amenities. The design included a podium-level courtyard with a custom-designed artistic rainwater conveyance feature, sport court, pavilion, multiple concrete seat walls, and gabion walls. The courtyard above the parking garage features a pavilion with mini-kitchen and seating, outdoor dining area, sport court, synthetic turf lawn, fire pit, decorative rainwater conveyance feature, raised planters, decorative lighting, and patios. Blueline’s landscape design also included streetscape improvements featuring special paving, a dog run, and a pocket park with interpretive interactive signage. Significant coordination with the City was required by our civil team due to the substantial roadway and infrastructure improvements being constructed as part of the Town Center. Our team had to be flexible and agile through the changes in design in order to be a good neighbor and partner.
