Kenmore Village Retail Building

Blueline served as both the civil and landscape consultant for this multi-tenant retail building developed as part of the second phase of the Kenmore Village public-private partnership development. The project’s vision was to have an office or retail shop tenant in the building’s westerly half, while the easterly half would feature a restaurant tenant with ample outdoor dining space. In collaboration with the City of Kenmore and its consultants, Blueline developed the outdoor dining area to seamlessly blend with the adjacent Town Square and Hangar Building community center allowing for the privately-owned retail and restaurant to act as an extension of the public amenity.
