Rosehaven at Bradford Place

The beautiful South Rose Hill neighborhood of Kirkland features a multifamily development in which Blueline completed the Land Surface Modification (LSM) permit process, record drawings, an enhanced landscape and park planting plan, entrance feature design, and individual plot plans for building permits. A stormwater detention vault was also designed located within the community below a private drive and open space area.
