Public Storage Bothell Way

The self-storage industry is growing rapidly with many newer facilities equipped with curb appeal on the outside. Blueline provided civil design for this Public Storage facility located at the bottom of a steep hill near the western entrance to downtown Bothell and worked in-step with the project geotechnical engineer to develop an effective and economical shoring and groundwater dewatering system that will protect the facility for its complete life cycle. The City of Bothell was also in final design for the widening of SR522 at the time, which required our civil and landscape teams to coordinate with the City and their design team to create a seamless transition between projects.
