Junction was a 2018 NAIOP finalist for Multi-Family Residential Development of the Year: More than 100 Units.

The Junction is one of four mixed-use MainStreet developments located in the heart of Bothell’s downtown revitalization. The LEED Gold project includes 10,000 SF of retail space, 15,000 SF of office space, and 130 residential units. The land was purchased from the City, requiring extensive coordination with the City and other public entities. Blueline provided the civil design for the associated Pop Keeney Road, Half-Acre Park Road, and the alley on the north side of the building connecting to the newly constructed Multiway Boulevard. This all required a considerable effort in logistics coordination to fulfil the City’s vision for the space while meetings our Client’s needs.
