Proctor Willows

Blueline was selected to provide civil engineering design for Phase II of the three phases of the Proctor Willows Master Plan. Phase II consists of a six-story mixed use building which is a central feature to the neighborhood consisting of several hundred town houses and associated infrastructure. Phase II has a mixture of commercial, leasing, retail and amenity space as well as surface parking. This project serves to provide a space for all members of the community. The way the site was graded enables residents to access the site from NE 124th St. Fire truck accessibility is an important aspect of this site, and an autoturn analysis was preformed to ensure the parking lot and drive isles were adequately sized. Design of new stormwater and sewer services is included as well as coordination with the Phase I/III consultant.
