Shoreline Plan Review Services

Blueline provides On-Call Planning and Development Review Support to the City of Shoreline, including single family and additional miscellaneous land use permits. Blueline has also assisted with creating development plan review checklists for development application classifications. In addition, Blueline provides zoning and special use permit compliance review for site development and commercial building permits in support to the City’s project team for the Sound Transit’s Light Rail Lynnwood Link Extension project.
