Pivot

Located at the gateway to Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, Pivot is an eight story, 71-unit apartment building with one level of underground parking and 4,500 SF of ground floor retail, including three restaurant/retail spaces.

Blueline provided landscape architecture design services on this project, including a lush roof top deck with ample seating and planters, a greenhouse, and terraces.
