Medina On-Street Parking Study

The City of Medina contracted Blueline to conduct a parking study within the city limits. The goal of the study was to assess the utilization of commuter parking at various locations proximate to transit facilities. In addition to the study, a city-wide on-street parking inventory and a corresponding map were also developed. As the City desires to minimize on-street parking throughout the city by maintaining on-street parking solely in designated areas, this study reviewed the availability of on-street parking near the major transit stops in addition to addressing the provisions for off-street parking for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) within one-quarter mile of major transit stops.
