McGraw Square

Toll Brother’s purchased the 2.5-acre Seattle Children’s Home property on Queen Anne Hill in 2014. The site includes 57 luxury townhome units within a total of 16 buildings and is Blueline’s largest Seattle project to date. Blueline provided planning support and construction documents, meeting the City of Seattle and Seattle Public Utilities requirements. Civil permits included Early Clear & Grade, Master Use Permit (MUP), and Street Improvement Plans (SIP). Blueline also provided design of the internal roadway, site grading, and onsite utilities, and design support for permanent shoring along about a 1/3 of the overall perimeter of the project.
