Improvements — Phase I -W

The Multiway Boulevard Phase 1-W was a key part to the start of Bothell's Downtown Revitalization Plan, which encourages local business development and growth. Blueline provided construction administration and inspection services for $5M of roadway improvements along four blocks of Bothell Way. The project included boulevard style improvements, adding drive lanes and parking stalls, sidewalks, ADA ramps, utility replacements and extensions, rain gardens, street lighting, and traffic signalization. The project required extensive coordination with five adjacent projects also in construction, including the realignment of SR522, as well as overseeing the removal and replacement of unsuitable and contaminated soils
