Blueline worked side-by-side with Panattoni Development Company and the Architect, Collins Woerman, to provide planting, irrigation, site design and site detailing services for this 5-story, 300,000 SF corporate office building with a 1,200-vehicle parking lot situated on a 22-acre Port of Seattle property. Our services included addressing the city of Des Moines zoning regulations and the Port of Seattle Design Guidelines. Along with the creation of an “aviation- themed” building entry, hardscape, and outdoor seating terrace, our Studio worked closely with the Port of Seattle staff on stormwater detention pond aesthetics and waterfowl deterrent systems.
