Bright Horizons at Vineyard Plaza

Blueline provided land use planning and civil engineering design services for this 14,000 square feet 2-story office/retail building built on spec in the outskirts of downtown Woodinville. The project abutted the city limit on three sides which required the team to manage separate permitting processes through the City and King County. The project was also served by Woodinville Water District for water and sewer, which created a third permitting process to navigate. The team successfully received all required permits for the spec building, which was subsequently leased by Bright Horizons. Blueline’s civil group then joined the design team responsible for the associated tenant improvements which required design for a large outdoor play area.
