Bridgewood Estates

Bridgewood Estates is a 35-lot community in Kirkland designed on land formerly occupied by equestrian stables, barns, and an arena. The community sits within a mile from the main entrance to Bridle Trails State Park. As a portion of the park boundary aligns with the eastern portion of Bridgewood Estates, there is a direct pedestrian connection to the park itself. Blueline was responsible for creating the Land Surface Modification permit plans for site construction. Blueline also worked on the design of a concrete box culver which was placed over an existing steam at the entrance of the development. Blueline’s Landscape Architecture group designed a prominent entry monument consisting of white stucco finish on a Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) wall with black metal lettering.
