Main Street Bothell

Alexan Main Street is a midrise mixed-use apartment project in the heart of downtown Bothell on the corner of Bothell Way Northeast and state Route 522. The project is 369 units with 9,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space and is considered one of Bothell’s largest development sites.

Blueline is providing landscape architecture design services for this project including four interior courtyard amenity spaces, a public plaza at the corner of Bothell Way NE, unique building entries on all four frontages, streetscape design, and a rooftop terrace with views of Bothell Landing and the Sammamish River.
