Deanna Martin, PE, has been instrumental in the success of our public works team and leads Blueline’s construction inspection services group. She started as a Project Engineer at Blueline 13 years ago and is a great mentor for our young engineers because of her strong leadership and field experience. Deanna enjoys working on public works projects because it allows her to have a lasting impact that leaves the world a better place for the next generation.
Brett Pudists, PE, plays an integral role on our fast-paced single-family residential team. He joined Blueline 6 years ago and has been specializing in private development projects. In addition to engineering, his experience includes roles in Construction Management and Land Development bringing a well-rounded perspective to each project. Brett is a natural storyteller and imparts his wisdom and experience from working on many different types of projects over the years while always keeping an eye on the big picture.
Chris Miller, PE, manages private development projects for Blueline in the civic, retail, multifamily, industrial, and healthcare market sectors. In doing so, he draws from his wide range of experience, both geographically and across multiple market sectors. Since joining the team 5 years ago, Chris has grown Blueline’s presence in commercial real estate through his substantial involvement in NAIOP and is now forging its expansion into the healthcare market.
