What's New at Blueline?

Nicole Hernandez from Blueline recently helped coordinate a panel discussion on the new stormwater regulations for the NAIOP Sustainable Development Committee (SDC). The topics of the meeting focused on the new stormwater regulations recently adopted by most of the jurisdictions in the Puget Sound region. The panelists included representatives from the City of Seattle, City of Bellevue and the City of Kirkland. The common theme amongst the panelist was the requirement for Low Impact Development design techniques where feasible on all new development projects.
