Nicole Hernandez, PE, LEED AP, is licensed in Washington and is a project manager who joined Blueline in 2006. Nicole has extensive experience working on both public and private sector projects in the Puget Sound area.

Nicole’s experience includes projects such as water and sewer infrastructure design and comprehensive plans, single/multi-family residential, retail centers, office, warehouse, schools and sports field complexes.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Washington with a BS in Civil Engineering. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development organization. She currently serves on the NAIOP Summer Social Committee and is a resource member of the Sustainability Committee.
