The Blueline Group was founded in July 2003 by Brian Darrow, PE, Todd Oberg, PE, and Geoff Tamble, PE; all of whom had been working in the Northwest’s land development industry since the early 90's. 

Founded during a time when our economy was faced with uncertainty, clients quickly turned to Blueline. And after proven project success, they stayed. Close to 100% of our clients are repeat or referrals.

Blueline has experienced tremendous year-after-year growth since inception. We have remained a niche consulting firm, focusing on civil engineering and land use planning. With an engineering staff of over twenty, including eight PE's, our capacity for land development services compares to many of the largest in the region.
